The Louisiana Heat All Stars are inviting local businesses and organizations to become sponsors for the remainder of the 2025 season and to propose a strategic partnership for the upcoming competitive year. Based in Kenner, Louisiana, we service a dedicated group of athletes from predominantly underprivileged backgrounds.

Our mission is simple: "No Cheerleader Left Behind."

We are seeking financial assistance to offset competition fees and establish a scholarship fund for athletes who possess the talent and drive to compete but lack the financial resources to do so. 

Who We Are & Who We Serve

Cheerleading is unique in that it is simultaneously an intense team sport and a discipline requiring high individual accountability. To see our athletes show up day after day, putting in the work on the mat despite significant obstacles at home, is inspiring.

However, the barrier to entry in competitive cheer is high.

• Our Demographic: We serve an area in Kenner where many families face economic hardship. Our roster includes children from single-parent households, families impacted by incarceration, and low-income homes.

• The Financial Reality: Unlike gyms in wealthier demographics that can charge high premiums, our families count every penny. For them, travel expenses and uniform costs are not minor inconveniences—they are often insurmountable roadblocks.

• Community Integration: We have recently partnered with the City of Kenner Recreation Department to help coach and build their cheer program (including Elite and Sideline teams), ensuring we remain deeply rooted in the local community infrastructure. 

The Challenge

While our athletes have the heart of champions, the costs of the sport are threatening to leave some behind.

• Competition Fees: Average approximately $700 per child (covering roughly 6 competitions per season).

• Equipment & Travel: Shoes, practice wear, and travel to events add to the burden.

We operate on the philosophy that financial status should never dictate a child’s ability to shine. Currently, the gap between the operational cost of the sport and what our families can afford is widening.

Our Request

We are seeking a monetary sponsorship or grant to be utilized strictly for:

1. Direct Scholarship Fund: To subsidize tuition for our most at-risk athletes.

2. Competition Fee Assistance: To cover the remaining fees for the 2025 season so no child is pulled from the routine due to unpaid balances.
